What is the maximum amount of gold you can hold on your person at one time and the max gold allowed in your storage?

max gold huh. Well, i've seen Mr. T with about 25 pounds just around his neck! About 5 pounds per hand, and her earings are at least 1 pound each.

Thats 36 pounds right there not counting below the waist!

Errr, no. Lasher had it right. It's 100K on a character and 1000K (which is the same as a million) in the vault.
